PRASTAY brings together entrepreneurial vision, design and genuine guest care. Every home is shaped to work beautifully, reflect its surroundings and leave a lasting memory.
After graduating in Economics and Management, Tommaso began an office career in business and accounting consulting. It was valuable experience, but it quickly made one thing clear: his path had to combine responsibility, creativity and direct contact with people.
The turning point came with Chez Alice. With the support of his parents and together with Alice, his partner and architect, Tommaso turned a home renovation into their first true hospitality project. Alice designed the spaces, materials and atmosphere; Tommaso developed the budget, financial sustainability, operations and guest experience.
PRASTAY grew from that complementary partnership: not simply a collection of apartments, but a method. Today we bring the same care to guest accommodation and to properties entrusted to us by owners who want to enter the short-term rental market or launch a B&B professionally.
Tommaso and Alice complement each other: strategy, numbers and operations meet architecture, functionality and a strong sense of place.
He leads strategy, the business model, operations and the guest experience. His economics background and international experience help him see every property as both a business project and a human one.
She turns needs and constraints into harmonious, distinctive and easy-to-live-in spaces. She oversees concept, layout, materials, lighting and the visual coherence of PRASTAY projects.
We start with the property, its location and the owner’s real objectives.
We shape identity, functionality, positioning and financial sustainability.
We coordinate listings, pricing, calendars and guest relations.
Let’s talk: together we will identify the right path.
